The host is kind, helpful, and welcoming. The B&B is a bit far from the train station but easily reachable. Very close to the Law building and in a favorable position for the city center. Overall positive judgment. The breakfast is a bit limited.

The apartment is very nice, it has a triple and a double (which can also be used as singles).
The location is very convenient for those like me who had to take the state exam for Architect, the venue is really 200 meters away.
They picked me up at the station, breakfast is self-service, there are essential things also for cooking (salt, oil, etc). La Terrazza sulle Stelle B&B.
