In our exclusive residential complex, we are delighted to offer you a portion of a villa located just 100 meters from the sea. In the surrounding area, you will find free beaches, beach resorts, restaurants, pizzerias, and all essential services.

Our vacation home consists of:
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a large balcony overlooking the sea.

- An air-conditioned twin bedroom with a large balcony overlooking the sea, furnished with 2 double sofa beds, for a total of 6/7 beds.

- A spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

Furthermore, we offer free parking, if available, within our residence, as well as a free space for motorcycles and bicycles within the property.

You will have the opportunity to rent this wonderful vacation home for two weeks, one week, or even just for a weekend.

It is with great pleasure that we discovered the owners who did everything to meet our needs (a fridge to store medications, requests for information, loan of equipment (beach umbrella)). The location is delightful, close to the sea and with a view of the coast. Meeting all the residents allowed us to diversify our respective languages and learn about each other's cultures. The moments of sharing were wonderful! We will undoubtedly return to see them! Thank you Salvatore and Lina.
