The historic B&B in Catanzaro, established in 2008, is the top-rated accommodation in the city with around 150 square meters of space. It is tastefully and meticulously furnished with attention to detail, and offers seven spacious rooms: Blu Sky 1 - double or twin, Black Sun 2 - large double, Brown Sun 3 - ultra-quiet double, Genziana 7 with kitchen +, Papaya 6 - affordable triple, Papavero 4 - single, and Azalea 5 - 24 square meter triple that is bright, quiet and very welcoming.
The property offers a 200 Mb/sec fiber Wi-Fi connection from Telecom. All newly renovated bathrooms are equipped with a shower, always kept clean, and come with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Azalea and Black Sun rooms also have a bathtub.
The property is located near the city hospitals and has ample parking available, including paid indoor parking. It also has agreements with nearby restaurants.

Egregio cliente, mi dispiace per la sua situazione che mi lascia incredulo. è rimasto da noi per 1 settimana senza mai lamentare nulla e poi se ne esce con una dichiarazione del genere? ovviamente devo per forza di cosa puntualizzare che la camera è stata riassettata ogni mattina, pur dovendo combattere con i clienti che, come lei, lasciano tutto in giro in terra ed in ogni luogo. il personale non è autorizzato a toccare gli indumenti personali dei clienti, soprattutto in periodo di COVID. volendo anche ricordare che avete avuto una camera superior al posto di una basic pagata, anzi non pagata se non per il 15%, il resto con BONUS VACANZE. questo il vero problema di questa estate. tanta gente, come sicuramente lei, non abituata ad andare in vacanza, con il bonus lo ha fatto confondendo l' ospitalità con il viaggio dei sogni. la colazione presso la nostra struttura è pienamente confacente a quanto indicato in pubblicità, ovvero caffè e capuccino con latte fresco, the e tisane varie, 6 tipi di cornetti (liberi - ovvero a disposizione ed anche più di uno), biscotti frollini, 3 tipi di cereali, fette biscottate, marmellate (e gusti) e miele, 3 tipi di succhi di frutta, acqua minerale. va da sè che dire che la colazioen è scarsissima vuol dire essere ingordi ed esagerati, senza voler offendere ma questa è la realtà. il molto lontano dal mare è quanto da voi prenotato. nelle specifiche della prenotazione era stato indicata la distanza (da 8 a 10 minuti in auto). se poi il cliente decide di venire in vacanza in treno avrebbe dovuto scegliere una location sul mare e non in città. Credo che Lei, egregio cliente, abbia proprio preso un abbaglio, n probabilmente inebriato da una "vacanza" gratis offerta dal nostro "Governo". La ringraziamo comunque per averci ancora una volta aperto gli occhi ed averci fatto capire che a volte la troppo disponibilità e gentilezza, fa male.

Just one night passing through but great impression. Very cozy room, large bathroom, very quiet location. Directions to reach the property very accurate and detailed. Special mention for the garden, very clean and well-kept, in a dominant position with a spacious and cool gazebo. Worth returning.

The best B&B in Catanzaro. The manager is a helpful and competent person. The structure is very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. I recommend this B&B to all those who want to stay in Catanzaro even if it is a bit off-center.

The structure is beautiful and welcoming. Located in an area convenient to the shops and services of the city, yet at the same time quiet and relaxing. The cleanliness is extremely accurate and the managers are very helpful. Excellent value for money.

We found ourselves in this B&B almost by chance and it was a very pleasant revelation. During our stay, we discovered a quiet and peaceful environment, with truly efficient staff and services linked to a very good quality-price ratio. Great care was taken in the choice of furnishings, comfortable rooms, and a lot of attention was also given to hygiene. We were struck by the outdoor garden with a wooden gazebo and a relaxing lounge. We will definitely return and recommend it.

Excellent rooms and especially very quiet, clean and with spacious bathrooms. I found a lot of comfort (Sky and fast Internet) in addition to the kindness and availability of the managers, Massimo and Santina. I recommend it for resting in tranquility. Garden with gazebo and external catering service provided by the owners.

A high-level B&B, located in the park of the Villa owned by the manager. Very clean and comfortable, extremely quiet, with Wi-Fi connection in the room and spacious, brand new bathrooms. We were there as a couple, but the place is wonderful. Highly recommended. We will return. Excellent also the agreement with restaurants to have lunch directly in the B&B.
