Description
We are 5 min walk from the hospital "Madonna delle Grazie" of Matera and from A. SM via Montescaglioso, also close to the Sasso Caveoso and the historic center. The apartment is located in a detached building, so very quiet and reserved. The first room "Ottavia" has classic decor and is equipped with air conditioning / heating, balcony with mosquito nets, mini fridge and private bathroom but outside the room. You will also find a small library of books and entertainment related to the history of Matera and its traditions. The other room "Nadia" is modern with matching monochrome very relaxing, also equipped with air conditioning / heating, balcony with mosquito nets, mini fridge and bathroom, with the possibility is a twin or to accommodate up to four people. Both rooms have a bathroom kit and very soft bed in excellent cotton terry. Our beds have wooden slats and pillows anticervicale, for a good rest, even away from home..At your disposal city maps and a small guide of Matera. we live next to the B&B with private entrance, but with the awareness of our presence if they want to have any problems or concerns. Also, breakfast is served in your room or in my kitchen, like a real B & B. La our availability will put you immediately at ease, then you bring the smile, the rest to us with our experience !!!!

La colazione di DANY'S HOUSE
For me the breakfast is very important because I have the way to interface with my clients on what they want to visit, on organizing the guided tours or just talk about the various experiences of life or travel.

We're all travelers!
I like to create a nice atmosphere so what better breakfast with croissants, tarts, jams, muffins carrots and almonds, yogurt, cornflakes, foaming cappuccinos, tea, barley or a simple but excellent coffee of the stones toasted wood. On request also savory breakfast, vegan, for celiacs or for various intolerances. But inform us first, so that we can organize.

Emanuele loves football and all other sports in general, Marilena who is the fulcrum of B&B is graduated as a hotel receptionist and has a lot of experience in the field.

Daniela is our first daughter, now a teenager and then there is Sofia, the second; Lively and intelligent child.

Accoglienza deliziosa, Marilena e la sua famiglia gestiscono questo B&B con cura e amore. La pulizia è ottima, le camere sono molto spaziose e ordinate, la colazione di Marilena è semplicemente strepitosa! La posizione è strategica per raggiungere il centro storico comodamente a piedi, senza necessità di spostare l'auto, che può essere lasciata nel parcheggio gratuito e sicuro sotto la struttura. Marilena con vivace competenza sa offrire precise indicazioni per visitare al meglio la splendida Matera! L'ottima qualità dell'ospitalità ricevuta ha contribuito a rendere magnifico il nostro soggiorno! Torneremo sicuramente a farvi visita!

Accoglienza veramente buona in questo B&B, con una camera grande, pulita e luminosa, sui toni dell'azzurro, dotata di tutto ciò che serve: letto buono, frigo, bagno con doccia (piccola mancanza il bidet), possibilità di stendere qualcosa. E poi la colazione: dolci, marmellata e crema al cioccolato fatte in casa, yogurt, frutta, focaccia con pomodorini e pane freschi, tutto buonissimo! E Marilena è estremamente disponibile, presente e simpatica (in quel periodo era alla fine della gravidanza e portava in giro la sua pancia con molta disinvoltura! È anche andata in posta a recuperare un pacco che avevamo spedito!) In strada c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare (il posto è assolutamente sicuro, nonostante non appaia molto curato: noi ci abbiamo lasciato la moto!), caratteristica essenziale a Matera, e in 10 minuti di passeggiata si arriva al Sasso Caveoso. Grazie, cara Marilena, e grazie anche alla piccola Daniela, che è una efficiente collaboratrice, e ad Emanuele Paolo e Maria Luisa (Padova).

Accoglienza fantastica. Marilena al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto sentire un clima familiare, è stata attenta ai particolari e ci ha fornito preziose indicazioni turistiche e gastronomiche. La colazione ogni mattina risultava un banchetto di prelibatezze da gustare con la sua piacevole compagnia. Sempre sorridente e piena di energia, pronta a trasmetterci con entusiasmo le sue conoscenze del luogo, rendendo il soggiorno molto piacevole. Grazie di tutto! Augusto e Francesca Romana.

In posizione tranquilla, anche se in città. A 5-10 minuti dai sassi. Parcheggio pubblico disponibile sotto casa. Da segnalare soprattutto per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità, il clima famigliare della gestione. Da consigliare.

Situato in zona tranquilla, al 2° piano e con vista panoramica, a poco più di 1 Km dal centro, con fermata dell’autobus proprio sotto casa. Ottima l’accoglienza da parte della padrona di casa. Molto apprezzato il suggerimento di una guida estremamente competente e coinvolgente, utilissima per chi non ha mai visitato Matera.

Perfetta location per chi arriva in macchina e ha bisogno di parcheggio; una bella passeggiata da e per il centro, ma molto piacevole. Atmosfera estremamente familiare, struttura pulita, personale affabile e colazione deliziosa! Consigliatissimo!

Struttura confortevole ed accogliente. Cortesia quasi unica, sempre disponibile nel soddisfare le varie esigenze dei clienti. La colazione è il fiore all'occhiello del B&B, il tutto in un ambiente familiare.

Camera carinissima e molto spaziosa (considerato che eravamo in due adulti ed un bimbo), grande pulizia ed estrema vicinanza al centro storico. Davvero buona anche la colazione, e prezzo fantastico. Particolare indimenticabile: l'estrema simpatia e cordialità di Marilena!

Con mia moglie e mia figlia ho soggiornato presso il B&B nel mese di ottobre 2012. L'alloggio è molto accogliente e la titolare, Marilena, è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione.
