Can you trust reviews on www.bed-and-breakfast.it? Mi sono trovato bene, host molto disponibile, gentile, veloce nel rispondere; stanza pulita, ampia, con bagno anch'esso spazioso. Ben segnalato dalle mappe online, anche se un'insegna non guasterebbe presso il civico. Non dispone di parcheggio interno, ma ho trovato facilmente nel paese, a due passi a piedi. Buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanza, raggiungibili anch'essi a piedi. Unici lati negativi: wifi non ha funzionato bene (volevo vedere una partita su sky con il tablet e ho dovuto usare i giga) e la camera in cui ho alloggiato si affaccia direttamente sulla strada, per cui dalle 6. 00 in poi, se non hai sonno pesante o sei abituato ai rumori, vieni svegliato. In ogni caso consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione.

Everything was perfectly fine! Vanessa is a very caring and respectful person.
She managed a taxi for a reasonable price to the airport and took care of everything.
By far the accommodation was the cleanest I‘ve seen on this journey.

This is a wonderful find in a quiet location a short drive from Pisa. The continental breakfast is in the conservatory with a view of the mountains. The Owner is very Friendly and cannot do enough to help you. The room is spacious and cleaned to a very high standard, with a useful fridge. The beds are excellent and very comfortable. It’s a home from home. Our 2nd stay and we will return.

La ubicacion en el centro historico es buena, cerca de todo. Es un 2 piso por escalera lo que dificulta subir valijas
Habitacion y baño minimos. Muy incomodos y sin espacio para circular.
El desayuno un desastre. Cafe lavado. No tenia ni para hacer una tostada.
A la persona que atendia la vimos cuando llegamos y despues cuando intente llamarla por un inconveniente, no respondio.
No lo recomiendo para nada. Mala experiencia.

Alessandro è stato estremamente disponibile come al solito, sia per il check-in che per il pagamento. La struttura è nuova e molto pulita, in una posizione perfetta perché si trova vicino alle fermate degli autobus e si raggiungono comodamente la stazione Tiburtina e tutti i negozi, bar, ristoranti e servizi che ci sono sulla strada principale. Posizionato all'ultimo piano con ascensore, dotato di un terrazzo, molto luminoso e ben tenuto. Assolutamente consigliato!

Andrea was very kind and helpful, he explained us all the transportation systems, good food recommendations and the place also it is well located with the train. There was one day that it wasn't working so we took the bus and it's about 20 minutes which is really good knowing that Rome is big. Andrea thank you for being so supportive and always willing to help when we need it.

A wonderful accomodation, decorated with taste and personal character, with delicious breakfast and above all perfect owners: extremely polite and friendly! The position of the accomodation is just 2 min away from the most beautiful square of Lucca, piazza anfiteatro, full of restaurants and bars and within walking distance from all amenities and shight-seeings.
