Access is a bit difficult, and it is probably suited more for those who have graduated from hostel stays. The bed was very uncomfortable; we had to leave after one night to get a hotel due to this. It cost us three nights we didn't use. The location is great if you want to spend time in Trastevere. Getting around Rome is otherwise challenging. Trastevere is definitely a cool area to visit.

Nous sommes ravie de notre séjour chez Marisa. Tout était parfait, l’établissement est idéalement situé, la chambre était belle et la literie d’un bon confort, sans parler de la propreté qui était irréprochable. Marisa est très gentille et nous a très bien accueilli. Je recommande à 100% cet établissement.

Appartamento confortevole molto carino pulito e vicinissimo sia al palazzetto dello sport nostra metà ma anche vicino al mare ai negozi trattorie ristoranti pub insomma ottimo ci ritorneremo sicuramente Gestore disponibile e cordiale ....ti senti a casa.

Belle et grande chambre où il est agréable de se reposer après une longue journée de visites dans Rome. La cabine de douche est un peu petite mais ça va... Ce serait bien qu'il y ait une bouilloire dans la chambre! Bon accueil de Domenico que je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de revoir par la suite. La station de métro Teano (ligne C) est à environ 400m et il faut être prudent, surtout quand il fait nuit, car il n'y a pas de trottoir sur tout le parcours. Supermarché à 2 mn, ce qui est bien pratique. J' ai passé un bon séjour à la "Torre degli Annelli".

Abbiamo pernottato una notte in questo delizioso b&b. Posso solo dire che nella mia vita fino ad oggi ho viaggiato molto e ho visto numerosi b&b:questo senza dubbio è il migliore di tutti. Camera accogliente ,pulita e arredata con un gusto squisito. Colazione superlativa preparata con cura e di ottima qualità. La proprietaria insieme al marito due persone meravigliose e molto disponibili. Insomma perfetto. Grazie ancora a Rosa se ci sarà un'altra volta a Padova ci rivedremo sicuramente. Un consiglio:se vi trovate a Padova per qualsiasi motivo non esitate pernottate alla Civetta b&b

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich auf unseren Wunsch eingelassen, statt in Priverno in der Localita Boschetto ein Zimmer bereit zu halten. Das war für uns eine große Erleichterung. Begrüßt und verabschiedet wurden wir mit einem Espresso. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt!!!

Una semplice camera ma pulita ed accogliente, in una grande palazzina. Appena sopra la stazione, a quattro passi dal centro. Riccardo, e la madre sono persone davvero gentili ed educate, un piacere averli conosciuti. Grazie!

I had the pleasure of staying at Pensioner Tranchina from the 1-8th October. I was made to feel incredibly welcome by Marisan and her team, the food was excellent ( I booked dinner for 2 nights) all local produce, freshly made and delicious. The location is perfect and parking and getting to Scopello made even easier by the instructions sent to me in advance of my stay as to where I could park, it was so straightforward and thoughtful. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and everything you would need was there, hairdryer, safe, fridge etc. Even beach towels and umbrellas were provided so it made the beach days so easy! I highly recommend a stay here, everything was thought through, everyone friendly and the village was just the perfect place to base yourself for travelling to stunning beaches, heritage sites and nearby places of interest. I’ll definitely be returning for another stay.

Ottima struttura, ben gestita e molto accogliente, in posizione comoda per recarsi in centro (stazione e metro a 5 minuti e fermata del tram di fronte). Tutto bene dal check-in al check-out, camera con bagno spaziosa e assai curata, personale cortese. Siamo stati molto bene, avrei solo un sggerimento: potrebbe essere utile un tappetino antiscivolo per la doccia, che ha la base leggermente scivlosa.
