Un soggiorno perfetto a cominciare dall'accoglienza amichevole e spontanea di Nicola. Difficile contenere lo stupore mano a mano che si procede alla visita della struttura, antico e moderno di design miscelati con eleganza e sapienza. Il comfort è totale, dalla comodità dei materassi alla completezza nella fornitura del grande appartamento, la cura dei dettagli in ogni angolo delle camere e degli spazi comuni fino al rigenerante silenzio e panorama della zona. Una struttura pet friendly dove il vostro cane è veramente e sinceramente il benvenuto. Consigliato anche ai più esigenti.

Una bellissima scoperta. La posizione comodissima, nella zona tranquilla. Camera e bagno molto carini e pulitissimi, dotati di tutti i comfort.Abbiamo anche apprezzato l'eccellente comunicazione con il proprietario era sempre disponibile a rispondere domande ed a offrire assistenza, il che ci ha fatto sentire ben accuditi. Il letto è estremamente comodo, la colazione è deliziosa. Nel complesso, non consiglierò mai abbastanza questo appartamento in B&B, ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!!

Ottimo soggiorno in una camera economy piccola, ma molto curata e pulita. La struttura, in generale, è tenuta molto bene; si trova al 1° piano di un bellissimo e antico palazzo di Via Merulana, a pochi passi da tanti monumenti del centro di Roma, stazione e metropolitana. Molto gentili e disponibili i gestori, hanno aspettato il mio arrivo serale. Qualità ottima, prezzo forse un poco alto, ma adeguato alla realtà dei prezzi di soggiorno nella città. Grazie di tutto.

We had an absolutely perfect stay and can’t wait to go back one day! Everything about this B&B exceeded our expectations. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. We felt at home immediately. The facilities were cozy, with a unique personal touch by the owner, who's a true artist, adding so much charm to the atmosphere. Breakfast was a daily highlight – fresh, delicious, and full of local specialties. The environment was peaceful and familiar, making it the perfect escape. Plus, the parking space was a rare find on the Amalfi Coast, and the location was fantastic, especially if you're traveling by car. Special mention to Luigi and Ugo, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality was amazing, always ready to help with fantastic tips for the area, and they made us feel like part of their family. We can't recommend this place enough – a hidden gem!

We had a very terrible night there because the other guests can’t get into the house so they made a lot of noises in the middle of the night. There was no soundproof, so if other guests made noises you can hear everything. Also the room is small, I didn’t expect the room size so small. But the location is good and the owner was trying to help. But I had too terrible experience there.

Mi dispiace molto, ma come ci siamo dette di persona, gli altri ospiti hanno rotto la chiave nella serratura e non potevano entrare. Vi ho già ringraziato per avergli aperto. Purtroppo può succedere qualche inconveniente quando si affitta una camera in appartamento condiviso. La camera è una matrimoniale standard, cosi come descritto.

I highly recommend this property, taking in consideration that you need to have a car with you if you decide to stay since it is not accessible by any public transportation also you can not walk at night. it is five min driving from the outlet and have a very romantic and calm environment in a middle of the mountains and greenery.
