La struttura è molto carina e gestita da dei ragazzi giovani molto disponibili e cortesi. La consiglio per chi vuole passare un fine settimana a Firenze. Unica nota stonata la colazione e il materasso che purtroppo non ho dormito bene. Per il resto tutto ok.

Villa Nuba has an idyllic country-like setting close to Centro Perugia with its many fine restaurants, shops, and attractions. Giuseppe is a premier host that was always available to us for any need while totally respecting our privacy. Villa Nuba is perhaps one of the best values you will discover anywhere. Our five week stay at Villa Nuba was by far one of our most enjoyable experiences ever. We unhesitantly recommend Villa Nuba for your next stay when visiting this region of Italy!!

La struttura è un po' fuori mano, lontano dalla città di Vasto e dalle spiagge, per cui necessita l'auto per tutto (va bene per chi ama la tranquillità della campagna); è una villetta in cui al piano terra abita la famiglia dell'host, mentre le stanze al primo piano sono a disposizione degli ospiti (se ne deve tener conto se si hanno problemi a fare le scale). Camera spaziosa, pulita, ma arredata in modo minimale e sobrio, con mobilio economico (presente comunque il condizionatore, un piccolo frigo, un piccolo tv, armadio, piccola scrivania, due sedie scompagnate, due banchetti a mò di comodino con lampada solo su uno. Se non si vuole staccare la spina della lampada citata, i dispositivi elettronici si possono caricare solo su una presa vicino all'entrata su cui è installata una derivazione a T. Completo il bagno con una bella cabina doccia e affaccio sul medesimo balcone della camera. Letto e cuscini nel complesso confortevoli, ambiente silenzioso, tranne quando si mettono ad abbaiare i cani delle ville vicine o quando il vento fa scuotere le tapparelle delle finestre, i cui infissi lasciano a desiderare. Host gentile, premuroso e prodigo di consigli; colazione solo dolce e appena sufficiente.

Muy buena ubicación próximo a las estación y al centro. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias , muy buena la atención de Manuel!

Ambienti ristrutturati e bagno nuovo. Camera pulita ma non altrettanto gli spazi esterni.

If I could provide a rating higher than a 10 - I would! The property is a fantastic design and the attention to detail is amazing. Our hosts were wonderful and helped us with anything that we needed but also gave us our privacy. The room was very clean and comfortable with a balcony. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the rooftop with an amazing view of the city and the sea. Breakfast food was great too! I would highly recommend LeLuAn and if we come back to the Mola di Bari area - we will definitely stay here again!

The property is well-maintained and easy to find. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a lovely building with beautiful marble stairs. Our bedroom was spacious and beautiful, and it had an en-suite bathroom. Everything was clean, and you will feel safe in the building and your room. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the Vatican. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants around. We always deal with Mauro for reservations. He was nice and friendly, and he waited for us at the property since our flight was delayed two hours. He even helped us with our luggage. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and there is a small elevator, like any regular Ancient Rome building. Mauro always responds to any questions quickly. Fabio cleans the apartment and its four rooms daily and does a great job keeping everything clean. He is very friendly and always ready to give you good advice on the city. You can prepare your own espresso in the kitchen; coffee and sugar are in the apartment. After you have had your coffee, you do not need to wash anything; just leave everything in the sink. You can use the refrigerator in the apartment; each room has an assigned space, and during our stay, no one touched the things we left inside the refrigerator.

Tutto bellissimo

Nos llevamos una muy grata sorpresa por la instalaciones en muy buen estado de conservacion. Todo re limpio y ordenado. Camas comodas. Baño muy lindo y con buen caudal de agua. Habitacion re amplia. Federica fue super amable con nosotros y muy profesional. Sin duda vamos a recomendar este alojamiento. Muchas gracias

Realmente amables y eficientes, me ayudaron con la conexión entre el aeropuerto y el alojamiento, pese a llegar casi dos horas más tarde de lo acordado 😳 También me aconsejaron bien dónde cenar a 5'. Yo elegí esa zona porque quería estar cerca de la estación de tren y para mí, fue perfecta, además con balcón, pena no haber podido llegar antes 🤷

Preis Leistung super: -) Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber Bis auf das Bad alles gut, das ist dann doch Renovierungsbedürftig 👍 Personal sehr freundlich Die Lage wirklich klasse, ganz kurzer Fußweg zum Meer.

Sergio è un anfitrione eccezionale. È simpatico, divertente e accomodante. potevamo assolutamente contare su di lui. l'alloggio è pulito e arredato assolutamente italiano. Mobili antichi e soffitti straordinariamente alti. Non posso che consigliarlo a tutti.

Ottima struttura: centrale, ben collegata, rifinita e ben tenuta. Le poche recensioni (finora) sono dovute al fatto che, come riferitomi dalla (gentilissima) proprietaria, è un'attività lanciata da poco. Super consigliata

Sehr schön gestaltete und dekorierte Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, geräumig und ohne große Probleme beim Parken nahebei.

Zimmer liegt zur Straßenseite, sehr laut. Sonst sehr gut.
