Quiet apartment, located in the historic center on a street adjacent to Corso Vannucci, situated on the ground floor, built around the 200s with important remnants of the past such as a cistern and a cellar of probable Roman origin. Thanks to the materials used in the past, the ancient building maintains a constant temperature of 22 degrees even in the hottest summers. After a careful renovation that respects the existing materials and morphology, we have equipped the apartment with all the modern comforts, such as a ventilation system that ensures a constant air exchange. Inside, near the well, we have created a relaxation area where you can enjoy a herbal tea and read a book provided in complete silence. After 20 years of experience with our B&B "C'era una volta" located in the countryside, we are pleased to offer you a stay in a historic residence. To facilitate your check-in, we have installed a safe deposit box with the apartment keys, allowing you to access it at your convenience. Lastly, to facilitate your arrival and enhance your visit to the city, we will send you a series of directions (places to visit, restaurants) via WhatsApp.

You will stay in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, where you can admire the historical and artistic beauties. The area is near the Francesco Moralcchi music conservatory, about 300 meters away, you will find Piazza Italia, which is the terminus for public transport which connects the center with the station, and also the AirLink bus for connection to our airport. Along Corso Vannucci and in the surrounding areas, you will find many places where you can have an aperitif or taste the typical dishes of our region.
