The structure has been completely renovated in 2023: it offers excellent climate comfort and exceptional privacy. The facility complies with current energy-saving regulations. Parking spaces are available for guests of our guesthouse.
Before the building renovation, you knew us as B&B Paola; we have been running this business for years. Now we have simply changed our name. We are no longer a B&B, but a guesthouse.
Il Piccolo Nespolo offers 4 rooms, each with a private bathroom with a window. We provide hairdryers and towels to our guests. Our rooms have an area of approximately 16 square meters each. They are spacious and all overlook balconies; the large windows guarantee a lot of brightness. The marble and terrazzo floors add a touch of familiarity.

Il Piccolo Nespolo is the ideal solution for those looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation for their holidays in Assisi and Umbria in general. The house is a villa from the sixties, completely restored, located in a quiet area with no noise or traffic, with a private outbuilding. The main access to the rooms is protected by a reinforced door and the internal doors are equipped with anti-burglary locks.
The furniture has been carefully chosen and respected; everything is designed to create a familiar and friendly atmosphere that we all seek when we go on vacation.
Are you motorcyclists? We share your passion! During the night, we allow you to park your bikes in the garage at no additional cost. We know how it feels to leave our two wheels outdoors in public parking lots.
Upon request, for an additional fee, it is possible to have cooling of the rooms with automatic air conditioning.
Please note that reservations are only possible for a minimum of 2 nights. We do not have single rooms.
Upon request, Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost.
In the municipality of Bastia Umbra, the tourist tax is not applicable.
