Description
The ancient complex is located in the Sienese Chianti, not far from Castellina. It is situated in a magical environment with 10 hectares of wide vineyards bordered by suggestive rows of cypress trees and a dense oak forest that borders the houses. It offers the opportunity to discover old paths, ponds, and waterfalls, where it is easy to spot deer, ducks, or birds.
The recently restored houses have been furnished with great charm, enhancing their antique character: ceilings with exposed beams, traditional fireplaces, small windows typical of country cottages, and stone kitchens. The chosen furniture and details make the houses cozy and warm, in harmony with the tranquility of the place.
The swimming pool (14 x 3.5 m), made of travertine, is located in the natural basin formed by the convergence of the waters, of which original traces remain.
The property offers six apartments, suitable to meet different accommodation needs. Each apartment has French doors that open onto a secluded private garden, with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing, and a barbecue area with provided equipment.

For twelve years, we have been renting out houses and have enjoyed seeing other people fall in love with this area and come back to us again and again. We live just 20 minutes away, but we are always available if you need anything.
We are Giacomo and Valeria, and we fell in love with this untouched, green, and magical village many years ago. Immediately, we knew we wanted to spend our free time here.
We fulfilled our dream of restoring it as family homes, where our friends and guests can relax in comfort. Even today, we get excited when we reach the top of the hill, see our house among the cypress trees that we planted, and greet Tony, our wonderful farm helper, as he finishes plowing for the evening or harvests olives. It's a very different lifestyle from living in the city.
