The house is located in the Apuan Alps Park, a panoramic area full of trekking paths and an ideal place for excursions. It is possible to visit the very nearby Antro del Corchia, the Borgo di Pruno, Isola Santa and the other smaller villages of Garfagnana. In early August, the Wine Art festival takes place in the nearby town of Levigliani and the following week the medieval festival in the town of Terrinca.
