Originally from Sicily, Giovanni has recently renovated the seaside house that his parents purchased in 1975. He named it after their nicknames (Ninni and Tina) and transformed it into a relaxing spot suitable for both couples and families. At certain times of the year, he and his family use the house, which is regularly maintained to ensure it remains tidy and efficient for visitors. He is assisted by Mrs. Maria, who takes care of the cleaning and preparation of the house for guests, providing them with detailed information about the local attractions.
