The Nicole Rooms vacation apartment is located in Catania, at 9 Paolo Orsi Street. The property is situated on the third and top floor without an elevator, and consists of a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (with 2 double beds and two singles), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated home office space, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. It also has a private balcony for evening relaxation. On-site parking is available, as well as free street parking. Small pets are allowed upon request. We arrived; the area was not great, but we did not let that discourage us. The owner, a polite and very helpful guy, advised us on various places to eat and how to navigate the different areas. We found the house very clean and welcoming, especially everything was new and functioning. The rooms are very nice and cozy, one with an en-suite bathroom, the other without, but equally nice. The parking is a luxury; it is wonderful to arrive at any hour and be able to park without problems. We will definitely return next year. Thank you, Simone.
