"Casetta Fenech" is a vacation home located in Palermo, just a short distance from the beautiful beach area of Mondello, approximately 2 km away. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this welcoming and comfortable property has been recently renovated, providing a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere perfect for relaxation and enjoying your holiday.

Our accommodation is ideal for families seeking the comforts of home, business travelers, and romantic getaways. Within walking distance from "Casetta Fenech," you will find landmarks such as the Chinese Pavilion and the "Pitrè" Ethnographic Museum, as well as fitness spots like the Favorita Park, which is perfect for hiking, cycling, and mountain biking. Football enthusiasts can visit the nearby Renzo Barbera Stadium, while music and performance lovers can easily reach the Palermo Velodrome and the Duca della Verdura Theater. The Sanctuary of St. Rosalia, the city's patron saint, is another must-see attraction.

Guests can access the property independently via the Smart Lock system, allowing for entry at any hour. There is paid, unmonitored parking available 50 meters from the property, subject to availability. We also offer a transfer service to and from the Airport, Port, and Train Station at a cost of €30 each way, upon reservation.

As a special gift, our guests will receive free admission to visit the Palatine Chapel and the Royal Palace (a UNESCO World Heritage site) and the Royal Gardens, valued at €20 per person. We also provide recommendations for restaurants and pizzerias partnered with "Casetta Fenech" and a paid bicycle rental service, subject to availability.
