Our suites are located just steps away from the beautiful shores of the sea in the art city of Syracuse, in a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value.

Situated in a panoramic and peaceful location in the historic center of the city, the "Case Di Sicilia" are prestigious residences that will bring back the emotions of the past.

This elegantly designed structure, with attention to every detail, represents a unique residence in the originality of its style. The Sea View Suite and the Maniace Suite offer a shared terrace with breathtaking sea views, along with a private garden accessed from the terrace.

Our guests can indulge in shopping, appreciate and purchase products from local artisans, participate in numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, immersing themselves in museums and exhibition spaces. Additionally, they can enjoy long walks through the numerous gardens and beautiful landscapes in the area.

Our residence is also located near important historical sites and various tourist attractions. In particular, the "Duomo" is just a 3-minute walk away.

Our property is the perfect choice for families who love to travel and want to feel at home, for business and work trips, for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment, or simply for those who want to rest and rejuvenate.

Our guests can enjoy a private bathroom in each room, free WiFi, heated rooms, the possibility to return at any time of the night, a lovely shared private garden, a kitchenette, and a bright shared sea view terrace between the Sea View and Maniace suites.

Please note that the Vermexio suite is located on the opposite side and does not have a terrace.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, the possibility to add a child's bed upon request, TV, mirror and luggage rack, as well as a minibar.

There are 3 suites available, each with a private bathroom. We will be happy to welcome your four-legged friends as well, and we also offer disabled access. You will be greeted and assisted by our managers, who speak Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish.
