Our two-room apartment is situated in the heart of the city, in a quiet location across from the beautiful Liberty-style Villa Sant'Elia, also known as Villa Mimosa. Here, our guests can enjoy pleasant strolls through shopping streets, discover the wonders of local craftsmanship, and immerse themselves in the scents and sounds of the lush gardens in the area. Just a short walk from the property, visitors can explore monuments and points of interest, perfect for those wishing to delve into the city's cultural heritage.
Our residence is ideal for both business travelers and those seeking a peaceful retreat. The recently renovated apartment offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Guests will find a double bedroom with a windowed private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The cozy living area with a study nook is perfect for moments of relaxation or work. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a freezer, providing everything needed to prepare meals or hot beverages independently.

Mimosa is a few meters from the ancient church of San Giuseppe, the Gio Sanna Museum, the Court, Via Roma and Piazza d'Italia, and the University Library.
