Description
Martini Time is a large open space, on the 3rd and last floor, without a lift, of a 1200s building, in the historic centre. It is set on the ancient walls of the Castle of Cagliari, the highest part of the city, and renovated respecting the architecture of the time, with exposed beams and parquet. It is furnished in a simple and minimalist way, with Mediterranean colours. The furniture belongs to various eras from the 14th to the 21st century. The house has every comfort, and the kitchen is open and equipped for cooking for a family or friends. The mezzanine divides the two bedrooms, which are comfortable, with orthopedic mattresses, pillows of various sizes and percale sheets. The 30m2 terrace has a magnificent view of the city. A few meters from the building there is an elevator that takes you directly to the car park and the rest of the city. A unique and exclusive space.
To accommodate the needs of all our guests, we regret that we cannot accept pets.

Area Castello
The Castello district represents the heart of the city, and one of the most important medieval testimonies, from a historical, artistic and architectural point of view. It is the highest of the four historic districts of the city, located in a dominant position on a limestone hill, about one hundred meters above sea level. The neighborhood was founded by the Pisans in the 13th century, who fortified it by providing it with walls, towers and bastions.
Its historical value arises from the decision of the Pisans to transfer civil, military and religious power there, after the destruction of Santa Igia, the old capital of the Giudicato of Càlari, thus marking the end of this ancient kingdom. Since then, Castello has retained its central role through the various dominations: Pisan, Aragonese-Spanish and Piedmontese. The palaces of power and noble residences have continued to define the identity of the neighborhood, so much so that in Sardinian the city is still called "Casteddu", synonymous with Castle.
The neighborhood maintains its prestige, still hosting institutions of great importance, including the Prefecture, the Council Chamber of the Metropolitan City of Cagliari, the headquarters of the University of Cagliari and the Cathedral. It is also the home of the citadel of museums, thus helping to preserve and transmit the historical memory of this unique place.
