The charming seaside apartment is located in the "Rocce Rosse" Residence, just 7 km from the picturesque village of Teulada. This property boasts a prime location just minutes away from the marina and the beautiful destinations in Southern Sardinia, such as Tuerredda, Santa Margherita di Pula, Chia, Nora, and Porto Pino. It is recommended to have your own transportation for exploring the area independently, with free private parking available on-site.
Direct and exclusive access to the beach enhances the experience even further. Guests can already enjoy the panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Teulada, complete with a bar, as well as a mini market, while the swimming pool will soon be opened. The apartment features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed (one and a half places), a double bedroom, and a private bathroom. Both the living area and the bedroom have large sliding glass doors that open onto two small terraces, providing breathtaking views of the sea and the Red Island.
To ensure maximum comfort, we offer a complete set of amenities that includes a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, fans, bathroom products, towels, and bed linens.
