Description

Our holiday home is located a short distance from the sea, in the historic heart of the city. "Domus Dejanas" is a cozy and comfortable structure. The apartment, situated in Via Cagliari in Quartu, is close to the main services. Spacious, with an area of 180 sqm, it has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a kitchen. It can accommodate up to 10 people and is located on the second floor without an elevator. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi connection, while the kitchen is fully equipped. We provide a set of towels (bath towel, face towel, guest towel) and bed sheets for each guest. One room will be available for every 2 people, and the others will be closed. The cost of the final cleaning is €100, while the minimum duration of the stay varies from 2 to 5 days depending on the period.

The area where we are located and the surroundings offer our guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, participate in cultural events and exhibitions, and take long walks admiring the numerous gardens and the wonderful landscapes of the area.

The strategic location of our structure allows visitors to visit both the beaches of the Southeastern coast and those of the Southwestern coast.

Our structure is ideal for families or groups of friends who love to travel and want to feel at home.
