Additionally, just before your arrival, you'll receive all the instructions for a quick and hassle-free self check-in. All the bureaucratic procedures, including the payment of the tourist tax, will be handled smartly through our Guest Portal, including document registration for the "AlloggiatiWEB" system, as required by Italian law.

Completing the self check-in process is mandatory to receive the access information for the apartment, but don't worry: remote assistance for check-in is available until 10: 30 PM, ensuring support whenever you need it.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT**
To ensure a smooth and safe stay for both parties, our property requires a security deposit of €300, which will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, pending verification that no damage to the property has occurred and that the house rules, such as the no-smoking policy and proper waste disposal, have been respected.
Unfortunately, the platform from which you are booking does not provide a damage refund policy, so the security deposit serves as protection for both the property and the guest. The deposit can be paid via PayPal, or Stripe during the online check-in.
Please note that completing this process is necessary to confirm your booking. Failure to do so will result in being unable to access the property. We trust you understand the importance of this measure in ensuring a peaceful and trouble-free stay.
