Welcome to the world of Casa Magar, we are pleased to meet you and host you for a wonderful summer.

Casa Magar, where dreams come to life. There, sitting in the evening under a starry sky, surrounded by myrtle bushes, rosemary, and a lemon tree, while dinner is prepared on the barbecue, you sip a glass of refreshing vermentino and start thinking about beautiful things.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, two in a double room and two on the sofa bed in the living room. If you wish to use it for 5 people, you can request access to the "Stanza di Prua" with its own bathroom.

The house consists of:
- One double room
- A living room with a double sofa bed
- One bathroom
- A spacious kitchen
- A courtyard with a barbecue area
- ONLY UPON REQUEST, access to the "Stanza di Prua" can be granted at an additional cost to be paid at check-in.

Every space in Casa Magar is a dream come true.

The double room:
Large and spacious, cozy and comfortable, with its wooden ceiling and a window overlooking the lemon tree, it is a room where you can have sweet dreams.

The living room:
The living room is simple and comfortable, with a corner sofa bed to cuddle up, a lamp with soft lighting, a stove for the winter, and a TV that can be left off to read a book or have a chat. The sofa bed is very comfortable for two adults.

The kitchen:
The tiled design of the kitchen is one of the gems of the house, with its historic cement tiles. Don't know what cement tiles are? They are tiles made with fine marble powders, cement, and natural oxides. We have carefully selected each one of them, all dismantled from ancient Sardinian houses. Imagine how many stories they could tell.. and now they are here, all together, each with its own pattern and story, bringing color and joy to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and utensils. You can use the kettle for breakfast.

The bathroom:
It has a convenient shower, but if you wish, you can also take a shower outdoors.

The courtyard:
When you enter the courtyard, you feel like you have stepped into a magical, intimate, and welcoming place. You can cook your food on the barbecue and dine outside on a comfortable wrought iron and glass table. To add flavor to your dishes, you can use the rosemary, myrtle, or bay leaves from the garden, or pick a lemon directly from the tree.

EXTRA: The "Stanza di Prua"
Additionally, you can have, upon separate reservation via message, a small room that resembles the bow of a boat, with its own private bathroom (last photos, pink room and bathroom). The room has direct access to a guest bathroom and gives you the feeling of being on a boat.. but anchored and with calm seas. To avail of this additional room, please specify your request via message and there is a required contribution of €30 per day, to be added to the price of the house and to be paid directly on-site at check-in.
