The Town Center Apartment is a charming 35 square meter studio located on the third floor, easily accessible by elevator. Completely renovated at the beginning of 2023, it provides all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Nestled in the Stampace neighborhood, it is just 100 meters from the Botanical Garden, the ancient ruins of the Roman Villa of Tigellio, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Cagliari's main pedestrian street filled with nightlife spots, pubs, and restaurants. It is also only 500 meters from Piazza Yenne, Via Manno (the main shopping street), Via Roma, the port, and the central train and bus station. The airport is just a 15-minute drive away and can also be easily reached by a direct train from the central station, located 500 meters from the apartment.

The apartment features a spacious room with a comfortable double bed, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a sink, stove, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and coffee machine. Among the amenities, you'll also find a new smart TV with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube, air conditioning, a safe, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

The bathroom, designed in a simple and modern style, includes a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet, along with a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, body wash, and towels. Additionally, there is a delightful balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

It is located only 50 meters from the Roman Villa of Tigellio and 100 meters from the botanical garden, and is a brief distance from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main pedestrian street lined with restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and pubs. Additionally, it is about 500 meters from the central Piazza Yenne and via Manno, the primary shopping street that leads to the picturesque Bastione di Saint Remy.
