SWEET HOME IN TORINO CENISIA AND CASA DI ANTONIO E PATRIZIA
These are two private apartments available for short-term rentals, ideal for tourists or brief work transfers.
The apartments "Casa di Antonio e Patrizia" (IT001272C26KRZYHSA) and "Sweet Home in Torino Cenisia" (CIN: IT001272C26Q55VGKC) are located on the same floor (fourth) of a small, peaceful condominium that does not yet have an elevator. This absence of an elevator results in lower management costs, which can provide significant economic benefits for tenants.
Both apartments are one-bedroom units that are:
• spacious,
• bright,
• quiet,
• for exclusive use.
Each apartment is fully independent from the other and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, which can be separated into two single beds upon request, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartments are serene and filled with light, and from the two balconies, guests can enjoy views of the city skyline and the distant Basilica of Superga. They are conveniently located near the city center with excellent public transport links. The stops for bus lines 68 and 55 are nearby, and the metro station at Piazza Rivoli is just a 7-minute walk away, providing quick access to the historical center in only five stops.
PARKING on the street is free and free (white stripes).
The Cenisia neighborhood, where the apartments are situated, is semi-central and boasts a variety of shops and services. Its proximity to Via Frejus and the market on Corso Racconigi, along with nearby supermarkets, allows guests to easily obtain everything they may need during their stay.

- Bed linens and towels are provided
- The entire apartment is for EXCLUSIVE USE with independent access
- Free WiFi, air conditioning, and freedom for late-night returns

+ Rentals are only for tourism or short business trips (only for non-residents and non-locals).
+ Check-in is by appointment between 3: 00 PM and 8: 00 PM. Arrivals outside of these hours must be arranged at the time of booking and may incur an additional fee.
+ Check-out must be completed by 10: 00 AM to allow for preparation for incoming guests.
+ No breakfast or food items are provided.
+ Linens are not changed during the stay. Guests may use the washing machine independently if needed.
+ The accommodation is not suitable for infants or children under the age of 12.
+ A short rental agreement must be signed upon arrival (can be sent for review upon request after booking).
+ Guests must present an identification document (ID card or passport; non-Italian guests must show a passport).
+ Smoking is not allowed.
+ Pets of any kind or size are not permitted.

Originally, it was an industrial district serving the needs of mechanical industries, but after the relocation of these industries, it has been transformed into a residential area with spaces for public buildings.
