Welcome to our charming seaside cottage, an ideal retreat for an unforgettable holiday. This stylish and practical accommodation is perfect for your relaxation: you can prepare delightful breakfasts for your children and whip up fantastic dinners for friends. The residence is located just 10 meters from the sea, nestled in a beautiful bay, Bay Paradise, known for its fine sandy beach and pebbles, with lifeguard services during the summer season.
The property features two gardens and a double parking space, accommodating a total of 4 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, elegantly designed open space, along with a double bedroom on the first floor. The courtyard on the ground floor is equipped with a cozy outdoor lounge and a large hot water shower; the open space includes an extra-large sofa bed, a 60-inch TV (with free Netflix and Prime Video), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island. There is also a comfortable internal garden complete with a laundry area and an outdoor dining space. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
On the first floor, the master bedroom is spacious and includes a 24-inch TV, a walk-in closet, a safe, and a large balcony with a sea view where you can listen to the sound of the waves. The residence is also equipped with Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, and air conditioning. Recently renovated and furnished in March 2020, it is located just 1. 6 km from the wonderful historic center of Termoli.

Talking about Termoli is a delight. Hospitality is our calling card. Rossella (my partner) has been in the hospitality business for over 20 years, and she has now inspired me as well. Together, we are redefining the principles of hospitality and warmth, aiming to make your stay in our establishment feel like visiting friends. We will share the wonders of our beautiful Termoli, introducing you to our culture and history, our beaches, our people, and last but not least, our cuisine. Upon request, we offer cooking classes on-site or dinners with a chef who specializes in home-cooked meals. For stays longer than 15 days, we provide a complimentary cooking class for two (available during June, July, and August). We will also give you tips and recommendations for tours in our Molise region. Just a few kilometers away, you can explore Civitacampomarano (the town of murals) and other charming villages.

The residence is located just ten meters from the sea, and the sound of waves crashing on the beach will be the soundtrack of your journey. During the summer, the beach is monitored by lifeguards and consists of sand and pebbles. The sea showcases a stunning array of colors, ranging from emerald green to blue, gently sloping from a few centimeters to several meters deep. In winter, it transforms into a picturesque setting, where wading birds and dozens of other species captivate you, blending into the pink of dawn and the red of sunset.
