The B&B Petronilla provides a cozy accommodation in a room located on the ground floor of a beautiful farmhouse dating back to 1814, which has been recently renovated and is inhabited by the owners. The property is enclosed and features covered parking for guests.
The spacious room comes with a private bathroom and is fully accessible for individuals with mobility disabilities, accommodating up to four people. It includes a double bed, a sofa bed, and a small kitchenette that allows guests to prepare their own breakfast. Amenities include a microwave, an induction cooktop, a moka pot, a toaster, and an espresso machine, alongside a table with four chairs, a sink, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and essentials such as bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and cleaning supplies are provided.
The room has adjustable air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and guests also have access to a pellet stove.
Additionally, guests can enjoy the private pool for free, perfect for relaxation and leisure.
Please note that to book, full payment is required but in case of cancellation made 7 days before check-in, the full amount paid will be refunded but if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of check-in, we will refund half.

We are close to the Santa Petronilla district (1 km) where there is a supermarket, tobacconist, coin-operated laundry, hairdresser, Christian church and children's playground. Our B&B is halfway (about 4km) from the center of Fermo and Porto S. Giorgio. Guests choose it to visit our city of pre-Roman origins which offers attractions such as the ancient purifying pools, the Teatro dell'Aquila, the ancient Library, the Cathedral, the Piazzale del Girfalco etc. , attend classical, jazz and modern music concerts, gastronomic and historical events (Palio dell'Assunta) but also to go to the sea in nearby Porto San Giorgio or visit the numerous villages that surround us.
