Description

Located within the noble tower on Via delle Donne, dating back to the 12th century and adjacent to the left side of the Church of San Pietro Martire, which was built in 1250, this area is one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture in the Marche region.

We find ourselves in one of the most densely populated parts of the medieval city, situated between the commercial area of Piazza Ventidio Basso and an important traffic junction formed by one of the main axes of Roman urban planning and the nearby Ponte di Solesta.

Set in a captivating environment in the heart of the historic center, just a short walk from the city’s main attractions such as the beautiful Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Arrigo, the Cathedral of Sant'Emidio, and the Fortezza Pia. This unique and sophisticated option provides an alternative to a more traditional and impersonal hotel stay, fostering connections and interactions with welcoming and helpful locals while respecting the existing architecture.

The B&B, located on the second floor, features four elegantly furnished en-suite rooms that are carefully designed with attention to detail and equipped with all modern comforts, as well as a cozy breakfast area and free WiFi.
