MD Rooms

MD Rooms is a cozy guesthouse located in the peaceful hills of Fermo, in a semi-central and quiet area, just a short walk from the new Fermo hospital and the Rsa facility in Rapagnano.

The recently renovated and tastefully furnished apartment covers an area of approximately 120 square meters and features:
- A double bedroom of about 14 square meters
- A twin bedroom of around 16 square meters
- A single room with a three-quarter bed of approximately 13 square meters, which includes a private terrace.

It is also possible to rent the entire apartment (double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom), for those who wish, at a discounted price of 90 euros per night (final cleaning costs excluded). For bookings longer than 15 days a 10% discount will be applied while for bookings longer than 30 days a 15% discount will be applied.

Each room is equipped with personal towels and a hairdryer to ensure maximum comfort.

Guests have access to two shared bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Additionally, guests can enjoy a spacious living room featuring a usable terrace, a comfortable three-seater sofa, a 50-inch TV, a table for six people, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine with capsules, dishes, and utensils.

Situated on the top floor, the apartment is well-ventilated and offers a pleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, the windows and balconies provide stunning views of the charming Fermano hills.
