Overlooking the sea, in the historic center of Sirolo, there is Loft sul mare Sirolo, two tourist apartments inside an ancient renovated residence dating back to the 1600s.
The loft
Located on the first floor, it is a studio apartment with a mezzanine and a ceiling with wooden beams. It is spread over two levels, at the bottom there is a large living room with double sofa bed, complete kitchen and bathroom. Going up the stairs we find an open mezzanine with a double bedroom and a second bathroom. From the French window of the living room you can admire a breathtaking panorama overlooking the sea and the forest.
The cave
Located on the lower floor, it is a two-room apartment characterized by a cross-vaulted brick ceiling and is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, complete kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom and a large equipped terrace. In the double bedroom and in the bathroom, you can admire portions of the historic Conero stone walls. Both from the apartment and from the terrace, you can admire a splendid sea view.
Both apartments can accommodate a maximum of four people and are equipped with complete linen, climate control, wi-fi, smart TV, washing machine, hairdryer, courtesy set, iron and free parking card. Cot and high chair available on request.
Our guests will also have at their disposal a 160 m sea-view garden, furnished with tables, chairs and deckchairs, with various relaxation areas, where they can relax while admiring the colors of the sea.

Lofts on the sea, they are tourist apartments, and with the regulations in force the serving of food is not permitted. You will have at your disposal a coffee machine with pods and a bottle of water and everything you need for cooking. For those who prefer a breakfast at the bar, 30 meters from the property you will find yourself in the beautiful square of Sirolo, with several bars overlooking the sea. As for restaurants, you will have our advice and information on the best in the area.

I'm Maria Caterina, owner and manager of the Loft on the sea. I will be happy to host you in the heart of the historic center of Sirolo, in two recently renovated apartments, unique in type, beauty and design, completely different, but which have in common comfort, attention to detail and a splendid, breathtaking view of the sea. Together with my husband Roberto we will give you all the advice and information to fully experience Sirolo and its surroundings.

Area city center
Our tourist apartments are located in the historic center of Sirolo, more precisely on the south-east side, above the beautiful Urbani beach, reachable on foot in a few minutes, or with the free shuttle service. We are very close to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, where you can admire a wonderful view that goes from Monte Conero to the sea. Here you will have a wide choice of bars, typical restaurants with fish specialities, street food, shopping and souvenir shops. In the square we find the main church dedicated to San Nicola di Bari built in 1732 in neoclassical style, even closer to us is the Church of the S. S. Rosario, built in 1500. While just 120 m. we find the Cortesi Theater dating back to 1800, a small wedding favor of beauty set in the city walls, which hosts theater reviews, prose performances and musical concerts. In the month of August an important national award is celebrated in memory of director Franco Enriquez, with personalities from the world of theater and national cinema.
At 400 m. overlooking the sea, we find the Parco della Repubblica with lots of greenery, children's games and a path that leads to the suggestive San Michele beach. 4km away. The Conero Golf Club is located within the Conero Park.
Ours is also a good starting point for excursions to Monte Conero, where you can go for walks, trekking and mountain biking, immersed in the nature of the Mediterranean scrub.
