Originally, the upper level served as a barn, while the lower level housed a stable, a chicken coop, and a cellar for aging cheeses and cured meats. The main entrance, which opens onto a private courtyard, maintains original architectural features.

After ascending ten wide steps, guests are greeted by the living space, a welcoming area that combines the comfort of a lounge with the practicality of a dining zone.
