The apartment is located on the ground floor (courtyhard), first floor (rooms, livingroom and bathroom) and second floor (bathroom and lake view terrace), and is accessible via a private internal staircase.
Featuring with a large living room with sofa and satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen (4 burners, microwave, oven, combined refrigerator and essential foods such as salt, sugar, coffee and tea), it has 3 bedrooms, two of which with double bed and one twin with single beds, equipped with sheets and duvet.
