Breakfast is included separately as it is served in our cafeteria in the center of Sestri Levante. We have found that not all guests like to drive 8 km before they can take their breakfast

We ask for a supplement per person per day of € 5 for Italian breakfast (cappuccino, brioche fruit juice, yogurt, crunchy cereal pieces) and € 15 for English / American breakfast (orange juice, toast, butter and jam, cereals, cold milk, cheese, ham, fried eggs with bacon, wustel, fruit juice).

63 years old formerly Financial Trustee. Since 2008 Credit Crunch I started the conversion from Finance to Real Estate Renting directly from the owners to tourists. In the first years of activity I had an incredible development by managing 60 properties, mainly of third parties.
In 2017 I realised the unsustainable growth in the number of properties (Model and Financial Background ispired) Reason??? It is impossible to guarantee an excellent service on disparate properties, thus I abandoned the growth project and I focused on a dozen properties in which we are direct owners or where we have purchased the the property lease empty for full.
From 2018 onwards this limited business plan works both from an economic point of view and for the quality of the service offered.

For prenotazioni at 30 days from arrival you can manage the e-bike prenotazione but at the number of 10 at the price of €50 on Saturday. Per e-bike if it falls into the sea in 25 minutes and if it comes out in 40 minutes
