The condominium has a concierge, a game room with foosball and ping pong, and two swimming pools open from June 15th to September 15th from 9 am to 7 pm. Additionally, there is a beautiful condominium park.
The apartment is convenient for reaching the sea, the bike path, the highway exit, and all necessary services. It offers a lovely sea view and is about 1.5 km away from the city center.
The apartment's independent entrance opens onto a large garden, followed by a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.
The interior space is arranged as follows: the living room is equipped with a Smart TV, a foldable double bed as a sofa, a dining area, and access to the garden; the kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, an air fryer and steamer, a Nespresso coffee machine and moka pot, as well as kitchen utensils; the bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV; the bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, a washbasin, a bidet, and a toilet.
