Villa Annamaria

Villa Annamaria is a section of a four-family home located in the peaceful area of Sacramento. This property can accommodate up to eight guests, providing spacious areas and amenities for a relaxing stay. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed that sleeps one and a half people, and a small bathroom. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a bed and wardrobe, a small room with four sleeping spaces, and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, completing the sleeping quarters.

Outside, a charming garden with an outdoor shower offers a pleasant space to unwind in the fresh air. As this is a lived-in home being rented for the first time, it may show some imperfections that reflect its daily use. However, we assure a warm welcome and the availability of all necessary comforts.

Cars can be parked conveniently outside the gate. The villa is located within a complex that offers convenience with a supermarket, a café, and a pizzeria nearby. The beach is approximately 1.5 km away and is easily accessible by car, bicycle, or a shuttle service available within the complex.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine with included pods, an oven, a small oven, and all the necessary items for meal preparation and dining. Please note that the dishwasher is currently out of order.
