My Place Apartment

This charming, recently renovated apartment serves as an excellent base for discovering Rome and its surroundings. Located just a 15-minute train ride from Termini station, the heart of the city, and easily accessible via bus to metro line A, it provides quick and convenient access to all major attractions. Additionally, Ciampino Airport is only a few minutes away and is connected by the Airlink shuttle from the station, making travel extremely easy.

The apartment's interior is cozy and functional. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV, while the kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The bedroom includes a spacious wardrobe, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower and washing machine. To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment has independent heating and air conditioning.

In the kitchen, you will find everything needed to prepare your meals, including dishes, cutlery, pots, a coffee maker with pods, and a kettle. Free Wi-Fi will keep you connected at all times. The entire apartment is available for guests, except for a small storage room on the balcony reserved for the property. A private and free parking space is also available for your convenience.

Please note that as a tourist rental, we cannot provide breakfast or meals. However, you will have everything necessary to cook independently and safely. Upon arrival, identification documents will be required as per Italian law, and you will be asked to sign a rental agreement. The tourist tax of 1.5 euros per night per person must be paid directly at the property.

The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with internet access, TV, a mirror, and a large wardrobe. The hosts speak Italian, English, and French, ensuring smooth communication for international guests.
