Our beautiful apartment is located in the Don Bosco neighborhood, a perfectly connected area to the center of Rome. Just a few steps from the Metro A station, you will have all the city's attractions at your fingertips.

The house offers a spacious and bright living area, with a modern and equipped open kitchen. You can relax in our spacious suites, each with a private bathroom featuring a deluxe shower.

Located in a strategic position, just a 7-minute walk from the Metro A Giulio Agricola station, you can reach the center of Rome and the famous Spanish Steps in just 15 minutes. The apartment is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and self-service laundries. Additionally, you can reach the charming Aqueducts Park in just 15 minutes on foot, as well as the historic Cinecittà studios.

For those arriving by car, there is a nearby paid garage where you can safely leave your vehicle.

The apartment is spacious, with an area of 102 sqm, and offers two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and television (including Netflix streaming service). You will also find a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning, television (including Netflix streaming service), a relaxation area, and a private bathroom. Completing the structure is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, where you can comfortably prepare your meals.

Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, kettle, microwave, iron, ironing board, coffee machine with capsules, and a washing machine with included detergents. You will also find all the necessary utensils for cooking. In each bathroom, you will find not only the essentials but also shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer.
