The apartment, very bright and with a panoramic view of the Castelli Romani, is located in the Appio-Tuscolano district, on the 9th floor of a curtained building without a doorman, equipped with a platform to overcome architectural barriers. It consists of 1 bathroom and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms: a double bedroom and a large living room with kitchenette, where there is a comfortable sofa bed (for a total of 3 beds), a table with 4 chairs, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and Smart TV. In addition to the traditional sanitary ware (sink, bidet and shower) and towels, the bathroom has a washer-dryer. Free stable Wi-Fi in all rooms. The apartment has smoke detectors. However, there is the possibility of smoking using the balcony in the living room.
