Description
A beautifully furnished 80 square meter penthouse, located just a 15-minute walk from the subway station. All essential amenities, such as supermarkets and pharmacies, are conveniently accessible within 500 meters. It is situated on the 4th floor without an elevator, in a peaceful neighborhood. Although the building may not be particularly striking, the apartment is cozy and provides a very quiet atmosphere; in the summer, guests can relax in the sun on the terrace, enjoying complete freedom! For entertainment, there is a 50" television with access to Netflix and Prime, along with an Alexa device. We are environmentally conscious: our apartment is equipped with a photovoltaic system.
To accommodate the needs of all our guests, we regret that we cannot accept pets.
