Located in an area renowned for its thermal waters, our property is close to several spa facilities, such as the Terme dei Papi and Terme del Bulicame, and is situated in a region rich in history, architecture, and culture.

Ideal for families, business trips, romantic getaways, and wellness retreats, our residence offers rooms with various bathroom options (private, exclusive, or shared), free Wi-Fi, heated environments, and nighttime return flexibility. We have three rooms available: two with exclusive bathrooms located outside the room and one with a shared bathroom.
