Giant Cave

The cave Grotta Gigante is the world’s biggest touristic cave with an unique Chamber: a volume of 365,000 cubic metres, it‘s 167,70 metres long, 76,30 metres wide and 98,50 metres high. The tour of the Grotta Gigante cave lasts 1 hour and a specialized guide will take the visitors through a 850 metres long path, descending 100 metres beneath the earth’s crust. The temperature inside the cave is +11°C all year round.
