In the center of Tarvisio, at 42 Via Veneto, on the 3rd and top floor with an elevator of the residential complex RODODENDRO 1, a private individual offers for rent a spacious newly renovated and furnished one-bedroom apartment with new furniture, ideal for accommodating up to 4 people during vacations.

The apartment, approximately 70 sqm, consists of a living area with entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, and a 6 sqm terrace; and a sleeping area with hallway, storage room, 2 double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower wall over the bathtub.

In the basement, you will find a garage (entrance width 198 cm), perfect for a car, skis, or bicycles. Additionally, on the attic floor (half a floor above the apartment), there is a communal drying area.

The property is equipped with all necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, ironing board, iron, toaster, hairdryer, and induction hob. You will also have air conditioning with heat pump and centralized heating with heat meters for the winter.

From the apartment, you can easily walk to the city center, ski slopes, the Alpe Adria cycle path, and some of the main valley trails.

Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted. Bookings from agencies are not accepted.

Bed sheets, towels, blankets, and duvets are included in the price. We require a minimum stay of 4 days.

A final cleaning fee of €50 is required. At the time of booking, the full amount of the stay must be paid by bank transfer within 3 days.

In case of cancellation of the reservation within 10 days before the stay, the paid amount will be fully refunded. For cancellations from 9 to 1 day before, 50% of the total amount will be retained.

Upon arrival, identification documents will be requested to complete a specific contract, as required by law for short stays, and to communicate the data to the Local Police.
