Casina Pepe

Casinapepe is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines. The structure was completely rebuilt in 2023 with innovative materials that make it very comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one for children with a bunk bed, a living room with kitchenette equipped with all appliances and a smart TV with internet connection, a bathroom with large shower, a small private garden with parking space and charging for electric cars, underfloor heating for the colder months.

From the house start the paths that lead to the sources of the Tiber River and the Savio River, as well as other wonderful routes more or less challenging. The hamlet of Montecoronaro has about 35 residential inhabitants all year round so there is no shortage of essential services such as groceries, bars and restaurants. Even if in summer it fills up with tourists thanks to the festivals that the pro-loco organizes in an excellent way, the place is also very charming during the rest of the year.
