Quiet place, courteous and helpful owner. Very clean, good value for money. Perhaps the only less good thing was breakfast, mainly made up of packaged products. Anyway, good for those looking for simplicity. Recommended.

The manager Andrea is a very courteous and helpful person. The structure is nice and very livable. The location is quiet and there is convenient parking. The only flaw is that the breakfast is scarce.
