Pleasure - or necessity - drives us to discover new lands: but it is the cordial welcome that makes our trip a truly unique experience. The warm color of the furnishings, its silence over the parks, the independent access with lift to the attic floor, the scented cotton linens (sanitized every week), a fully equipped private kitchen, en-suite bathroom/shower, free WI-FI: everything contributes to a unique and particular hospitality and privacy. Environments unsuitable for minors and movement disabilities. 2 km from Bellaria Hospital (bus at the doorstep, 5 min. journey) - 2 km from the A14 highway to the sea - S. Lazzaro exit; just 20 minutes from the 2 Towers by bus (20' away), and no problem for parking your car. A metrò 2 km from here can take you to Bologna Central Station in 8': everything will make your stay pleasant. You will be provided with information on local attractions/events, on shortcuts to reach the regional park nearby, and on the main quality restaurants in the area. In your kitchen you will enjoy totally independent for any meal, but if you like breakfast served in your room, you will inform us in advance about your preferences. At 300 meters from here a shopping center will be able to satisfy all your needs, such as Spmkt, pharmacy, pastry shop, pizzeria etc. And, last but not least, if forewarned, we will pick you up at the Airport or train/metrò station. During the year the MINIMUM STAY is 4 nights, except for particular events / periods (min. 2 NIGHTS) for which we recommend contacting for availability. DISCOUNTED for single, weekly and monthly use.

The rich continental breakfast, not included in the rates described, will be freshly prepared for you, but based on your particular preferences (advise the day before), and served in your room from 8. 30 to 10. 00. If, on the other hand, you prefer autonomy, you can consume it in your private kitchenette.

I love traveling and experimenting with different tourism solutions. But deep down I prefer the freedom of my own home, where I can freely choose what and when (and if) to have my meals, for example, without time constraints imposed by others.
Just as I don't like confusion (during the night) and I choose easy parking, possibly without fines and payments of various kinds for my car. I also prefer to travel by public transport (where possible) to be able to better observe the environment and the people I pass through, in total freedom and safety.
Therefore I never pursue solutions that are too central when I visit a city: I look for solutions that are close enough - but not too far away. And if I am greeted with cordiality by the manager, for reliable information and indications on what to do and what to avoid, well then..everything becomes easier.
