Le Cicas

Crispiano (TA), a town at the foot of the pre-murgia pugliese, is 15 km from Taranto, Magno-Greek city which keeps intact most of its history and its religious culture ("the pardon" during Holy Week, San Cataldo, patron saint, on 10 May, the rich summer season of festivals, fairs, religious events, etc..), and its wide beaches of fine white sand, 12 km from Martina Franca, 15 km from Grottaglie (City of ceramics), 18 km from Locorotondo, 34 km from Alberobello (Trulli of Capital), 42 km from Zoo Safari-Fasano, 8 km from Massafra, 38 km away from Grotte di Castellana and Ostuni, the white city, a few km from other neighboring rich in cultural activities, folklore, events and festivals of all kinds were planned throughout the year.

A Crispiano, each year the whole town is mobilized to celebrate the two moments which represent the biggest tourist attraction:
• "Carnival of the liver", twinned with the most famous carnivals in Italy, eight nights of wild parties in the middle of summer parades of masks, floats and masked groups, dances and festivals with great eating ice cream, the cake, the snails, and above all "the festival of the bowler and the liver sausage" (small pieces of meat wrapped in thin wire obtained from intestines of animals, a true delicacy for tourists from all over the world, offered under the stars with orchestras, bands, street artists, etc.).

• "The Living Nativity", 200 appearing in period costume, the largest in the south of Italy, cleverly arranged in a suggestive natural ridge at the center of the country, representing the Nativity with the faithful reconstruction of ancient environments and craft trades scene and a magical, in the days of Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year and Epiphany:
Crispiano is known as "country of the 100 farms, old houses, some of great merit, which has launched an impressive work of recovery, also visited by appointment by the owners of B & B, with highly professional guides.

The B&B "The Cicas" offers accommodation with every comfort, in a house built in 1960 and completely renovated, immersed in greenery, and place in a quiet and away from traffic, and 100 meters from Piazza Madonna Della Neve.

The premises are fully autonomous in, equipped with bathroom, hot water, full kitchen, TV.
