Comeacasa B&B

Comeacasa B&B is a small 19th-century building located in the historic center of Palo del Colle. It was constructed entirely out of stone, embodying the authentic traditions of the Puglia region. The building features old-fashioned elements such as stone staircases and a devotional niche containing a small statue of the Holy Doctors. With its three levels, Comeacasa B&B overlooks Via Lunga dei Greci and can be accessed through a private alley called Vicoletto Lunga dei Greci, which is enclosed by a gate.

The entire structure has undergone a complete renovation to create a new and unique B&B, distinguished by its elegance and prime location. It is an ideal choice for those seeking a relaxing vacation or a comfortable business stay, without compromising the warmth of a home-like atmosphere.

In fact, Comeacasa B&B was designed to feel like a personal home for every guest, ensuring their comfort from the moment they arrive until their departure. The hosts take care of every need to make the stay perfect and enjoyable.

On the ground floor, there is the "GIOIA" Suite, spanning approximately 35 square meters. It features an entrance hall with a kitchenette (currently not in use), a small refrigerator with complimentary mineral water, a coffee machine with capsules for guests' use, a table with chairs, a private bathroom, and access to the sleeping area. The entire space has a characteristic barrel vault and thick stone walls. The sleeping area offers a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), which can be separated into two single beds if needed, and a comfortable double sofa bed (140x190 cm). There is a visible clothes rack, an antique chest used as a luggage holder and storage, and a work desk with a lamp. Amenities include a 32" HD Smart TV, WiFi, and the option of wired internet connection. The private bathroom is equipped with all necessary fixtures, a corner shower, a wall-mounted hairdryer, and heating provided by a heated towel rail. The entire space is well-lit and has a window overlooking Via Lunga dei Greci, fitted with double-glazed thermal windows, a mosquito net, and an external shutter.

A small external staircase with 11 steps leads to the first floor, where the "ARMONIA" Suite is located. This suite offers a unique space of approximately 35 square meters. A low partition separates the sleeping area from the kitchenette area (currently not in use). There is an anteroom with a sink, mirror, and wall-mounted hairdryer. The bathroom features a convenient shower with a glass enclosure, a toilet, and a bidet. Heating is provided by a heated towel rail to ensure a comfortable environment. The sleeping area includes a spacious double bed and a comfortable sofa that easily converts into an additional bed. The same wall also features a clothes rack with a shelf. Additionally, there is a work desk with a lamp, a 32" HD Smart TV, and internet connection via WiFi or Ethernet cable. Guests can also find a refrigerator with complimentary mineral water, and a coffee machine with capsules. The entire space is illuminated by spotlights and has a large window overlooking Via Lunga dei Greci, equipped with a mosquito net and shutters.

Continuing up the internal staircase, which consists of 15 ancient natural stone steps (chianche), as commonly found in multi-level historic houses, you reach the upper floor where the "SERENITA'" Room is situated. This area, originally an attic space, has been fully reorganized to create a comfortable and welcoming living space of approximately 20 square meters. It includes a private bathroom with a spacious corner shower and a glass enclosure, a toilet, a bidet, and a sink. Wall-mounted hairdryers are provided as well. The room features a comfortable double bed, a table with chairs, and a clothes rack with drawers. Amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, complimentary mineral water, and fruit juice upon arrival, a coffee machine with capsules, a 24" HD Smart TV, and internet connection via WiFi or Ethernet cable. All guests have access to a small terrace furnished with tables and chairs, offering a panoramic view of the town and providing a relaxing space to enjoy leisure time.

All rooms are equipped with independent heating and air conditioning systems that can be personalized according to individual preferences.
