Located in the vibrant center of Scafa, Executive B&B is housed in a historic farmhouse dating back to 1853. Recently renovated in 2024, we have skillfully preserved the charm of the past, combining historical elements with modern details to offer you a unique and welcoming experience.

Our philosophy is rooted in authenticity and craftsmanship. We have maintained the warmth of the old walls with furniture and fixtures created by the master craftsman Massimiliano Massari. Our rooms are adorned with beautiful wall creations by the decorator Marcello Mariani, adding elegance and originality to each space.
Eco-Sustainability and Innovation
We are deeply committed to environmental sustainability. We have eliminated gas in favor of modern fan-coil heating systems and installed photovoltaic panels. Every aspect of our property is designed to minimize environmental impact and respect the surrounding nature.

Breakfast: Every morning we offer a traditional Abruzzese breakfast, prepared with a carefully selected range of local, zero-kilometer products, ensuring freshness and sustainability. Enjoy a culinary experience with homemade ferratelle, jams, fresh bread, whole-grain toast, dairy products, cured meats and cheeses, fiadoni, and fresh fruit tarts. Join us to discover the authentic flavors of Abruzzo during your stay.
Cleaning: Daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, with linen changes every 3 days and at each guest change.
Extra Services:
Mini Bar: Enjoy a mini bar with a selection of beverages and snacks available in your room.
The Hideaway: Featuring a selection of white wines, red wines, and champagne, The Hideaway is the perfect place to relax, plan a special evening, or enjoy a drink during your stay.
E-Bike: Our e-bikes offer a fun and convenient way to explore Lavino Park and its surroundings, with a 4-kilometer cycling path located near our B&B. Discover beautiful landscapes and historical sites along the trail of the ancient mines.
Extra Charges: Payment for extra services is easy and convenient; simply charge your additional expenses to your room and settle the bill at the end of your stay.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Pets: We do not accept pets to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
Booking: A 100% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
