This traditional stone house, fully renovated to meet the latest seismic safety standards, is located in the heart of the charming village of Calascio, just a short walk from the famous fortress and close to the picturesque towns of Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Castel del Monte. The residence features three bedrooms with panoramic views of the valley, a spacious living room, a cozy lounge with a kitchen, a private courtyard, and a bathroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, ensuring comfort and connectivity for an enjoyable stay. For families with children, accommodation for those under two years old (in a crib) is provided free of charge.

The house includes two double bedrooms and a third room with two single beds, which is accessible through the second double room but separated by a wall and a door for privacy. It is important to specify the number of required rooms at the time of booking, as one room is prepared for every two guests. If a different arrangement is desired, it must be communicated in advance.

For parking, there is a convenient parking area located 150 meters from the house. During the booking process, guests can indicate any preferences for the rooms; otherwise, the owner will decide which room to prepare, ensuring that other rooms will not be occupied by third parties.
