Agriturismo La Pineta is a peaceful and serene farm stay located in the heart of Umbria, specifically in the town of Castagni, Castiglione del Lago, Perugia. It offers a unique opportunity for guests to immerse themselves in nature while being close to civilization, providing a balance between privacy and connectivity.
The farmhouse is divided into five independent apartments, each equipped with a series of services for a comfortable stay. The apartments include a fridge with freezer, an oven (or a microwave), a coffee machine (American and moka), a kettle, a TV, a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free WiFi.
The ground floor houses three units. The first unit has a large dining area with kitchenette, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and another bathroom with shower. The second unit has a living-dining room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds with service bathroom (WC, sink). The third unit has a living-dining room with fireplace and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor houses two units, each with a separate external staircase. The first unit has a large furnished panoramic terrace, a living-dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The second unit has an entrance from a typical loggia, a large living-dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, a double bedroom with a service bathroom (toilet, sink) and a bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom with shower.
The farm also offers a number of shared services and activities, including a private tennis court, a bowling alley, table tennis, table football, a swimming pool, a barbecue, a common room equipped with a small kitchen with dishwasher, a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board, guided tastings on request, cooking lessons on request, wellness treatments on request, a garden equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas, outdoor WiFi and private parking. It also offers opportunities for horse riding and cycling, and organizes food and wine tastings and visits to nearby villages.
Available to guests and shared by all the apartments in the structure, Agriturismo La Pineta also offers a dishwasher, a cold room, a common room (Appartamento Gelso) and a washing machine.
The structure is completely animal-friendly and welcomes all types of pets, even horses, which can be housed in their stables.
