The B&B A Casa Tua was an ideated by Mr Alessio and Mr Simone Lunetti, the two young owners. Their aim is to offer hospitality in the town centre of Arezzo. This is an historic place, which is particularly renown due to its Antiques Fair, the old Medieval contest called Saracino, Piero della Francesca’s works, the engineer Giorgio Vasari, the writer Francesco Petrarca.
The town - full of historical and artistic beauties - offers various events and exhibitions, like the Centro Affari.
Your stay in the town of Arezzo will be inside a familiar, comfortable and friendly context, that easily faces to young couples with children, Italian or foreign tourists and professional people who travel for work.

The property is placed on the second floor of a semidetached house, in quiet area, where it is very easy to park and to have to have two private parking spaces.
The B&B is only ten minutes from the town historic centre, the railway-station and from the A1 Motorway exit of Arezzo. It is then close to the Equestrian Centre and just five minutes from the town Hospital.
A Casa Tua is then easily reachable through urban line buses n. 1/S and 1/D, they pass very close to the house every 15 minutes during weekdays and every 30 minutes on Sunday and on holidays leaving at the railway-station square.

Very close to the B&B you can find a supermarket, a laundry, a Post Office, a chemistry, a tobacconist’s, a bank, a take away food shop and a coffee-bar.
The B & B is composed of three double bedrooms, in one of which there is the possibility of a third bed or of a baby-cot (up to three years). There’s then a breakfast room and a small but lovely garden, the ideal for your summer breakfasts.
